Returns Policy

At Royal Kraken, we stand in the customer’s shoes and want all of our customers to have the confidence to order here with confidence. Please review the information below to see if your product is eligible for return.

Sex toys
All sex toys and sexual aids cannot be returned unless the goods are completely inoperable. All defective items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the date of purchase. For hygienic reasons, and as we are unable to verify the integrity of the packaging, we cannot accept defect-free exchange or return of items that have already been shipped.

Underwear, lubricants and condoms
For health and hygiene reasons, all underwear, lubricants and condoms cannot be returned, whether opened or not. So please choose carefully.

Returns process
If you would like to return a product, please contact us for an RMA (Return Material Authorization) so that we can assess the situation and get back to you as soon as possible in a future step. Once your RMA is approved, please return your items to the address provided. Projects without RMA will not be accepted and credit, exchange or replacement may not be granted. Please note that we cannot accept incomplete returns on arrival. All returns must be provided with the original packaging, including a charger manual and other accessories (if applicable)

Return shipping costs
For Hong Kong orders, the shipping fee will only be refunded in the event that our error results in a return. We recommend that you use a registered mail service with tracking capabilities to send your items back to us, as we are not responsible for items lost in the mail. We will send you a replacement free of charge.

For international customers, we will ask you to pay for return shipping costs. We will send you a replacement free of charge.

Please note that only products purchased on royalkraken.com can be returned to Royal Kraken. If you’re not satisfied with an item from another store, contact the retailer you bought from. Royal Kraken is not responsible or responsible for goods purchased elsewhere.

In case of any dispute, Royal Kraken reserves the right of finality.
